How I care for your family

Overnight newborn care

I stay the night so you don't have to be awake for it. Feeds, diaper changes, soothing, and settling. You'll find your baby content and your notes from the night waiting in the morning.

Gentle sleep guidance

Trained in sleep conditioning with the Center for Pediatrics Sleep Management. We build rhythms and routines that fit your baby, never a one-size-fits-all program.

Lactation & feeding support

Practical help with latch, positioning, milk supply, and bottle feeding, with specialized training in milk supply and tongue-tie in the breastfeeding infant.

Emotional support & coaching

My goal is never to tell you how to parent. It's to help you discover what works for your family, with encouragement, reassurance, and evidence-based guidance.

Your family is never without care

I work alongside a trusted circle of five to ten experienced doulas who serve families together and cover for one another. If I'm ever unavailable, a doula I know and trust steps in. Your nights stay covered, always.

About me

Supporting families through the postpartum journey has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. For more than twenty years I've cared for babies and their families, and since 2014 I've dedicated my work exclusively to postpartum doula support, specializing in overnight care.

I've rocked countless babies to sleep, soothed tears, supported breastfeeding, and created calm during one of life's biggest transitions. I believe every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and reassured that they are enough. The postpartum period is beautiful, exhausting, and life-changing, and no family should have to navigate it alone.
